‘EMERALD’ Vertical Danish flour Mill Body is made of graded cast iron. The mills are fitted with superior ‘EMERALD’ Mark Mill Stones, Steel Plate Hopper, effective feeding system with deep drawn shaker box and shuttle feeder for regulated grain feeding, feed springs, dust proof bearings, belt pulley, main bright shaft, momentary dis-engaging device with handle & wheel for flour fineness control and protection of stones; provided two nos. flour outlets. The Emerald Vertical Type Mills are available from size 200mm (8”) to 750mm (30”).

‘SUN’ Rotary Oil Mills and Oil Expellers

The fabrication is of graded cast iron beam moving on Self-lubrication nonferrous metal bush; strong angle iron stand; thick base plate; steel shaft with SKF bearings and heavy duty gear pinion.

The Sun mark mill can extract oil from all varieties of oil seeds, dried kernels and copra; operated with electric motor or diesel engine.

Sun Rice Hullers are noted for precision Machinery and are manufactured in most modern workshop fitted with precision machine tools.

We deal in different Agricultural Equipment i.e. Harrows, Ploughs, Disc Ploughs, Levelers, Sprayers-cum-Dusters, and Chaff Cutters etc. The equipment are designed keeping in view of rural areas where Hi-Technologies are not available. Our equipment are simple, economical, require low investment & less maintenance cost, best suitable for the Farmers. We also offer self-employed small scale projects for the Farmers, so that they get the full return of their produce.

'SUN' Water Pumps

We manufacture pumps for Agricultural, Industrial as well as Domestic purposes, for water supply. This Division offers comprehensive range of Centrifugal Pumps, Submersible Pumps, Volute Casing Pumps etc. for different applications in the brand name of ‘SURYA’. Modern production methods, rigorous quality control & strict testing proved Surya Pumps, their outstanding efficiency with less power consumption. Available pump size ranges from 12mm to 150mm in various models.

We also assist the clients to choose suitable pump for their applications.
