We manufacture Synthetic Emery Grains by using high quality bauxite processed under calcination kilns by scientifically tested methods, which ensures high grade quality product suitable for various industries. The Emery processed in close circuit plant and fines are separated by dust collectors to make super fine mesh, our expert techniques of manufacturing Emery Grains with uniform hardness and mesh/grit size.
Grit sizes are available range 8-400 mesh as per standard of IS, BS and FIPA standard.
Applications of Emery Grains:
- Mild steel, Stainless steel, Glass polishing and grinding
- As a floor hardener for anti-skid flooring
- Emery paper/cloth manufacturing

Lightly Calcined Magnesite Mgo
Lightly Calcined Magnesite is a highly reactive form of magnesium oxide produced by calcining or calcination crude magnesite at relatively low temperatures (>1300 °C). Applications for lightly /caustic calcined magnesia include water treatment and in production of bonded stones, feed stock, fertilizers and multiple industrial applications. calcined magnesia is available in a wide range of different purities range 80-95% MgO and different particle sizes. We process magnesite in close circuit mill to get best fineness and avoid mixing of foreign particles in the product.
Applications of MgO:
- Abrasive: MgO is used in abrasive bond stones & grinding stones
- Agriculture: As magnesium supplement in compound fertilizer
- Feed additives: An essential nutrient for sheep, goat or cows
- Construction: In industrial floors, building partition boards and cement
- Water Treatment: To remove hydrogen sulphide of wastewater
- Soil Decontamination: To get rid of heavy metals from soil
- Hydrometallurgy Industry: To precipitate hydroxides of metals from acid leachate solutions of their respective ores
- MgO can be used as a desulfuriser
