Due to the custom nature of our 3D stage fabrication, bespoke floral imports, and heavy equipment allocation, the following payment schedules and terms apply to all bookings with Eventica Eventz & Ideaz Pvt. Ltd.
1. Standard Payment Milestones
- 30% Token Advance: Upon signing of the event memorandum & date lock in our master production calendar.
- 40% Production Advance: 15 days prior to event date (towards raw material fabrication, floral orders & transport logistics).
- 30% Final Settlement: 24 hours prior to the event commencement or upon dry rehearsal handover.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Dates can be rescheduled with written notice at least 21 days prior to the original event date without penalty, subject to calendar and asset availability.
3. Cancellation & Refund Slabs
- More than 30 Days before event: 70% of advance amount refunded (30% retained against 3D design and consultation effort).
- 15 to 30 Days before event: 40% of advance amount refunded.
- Less than 15 Days before event: Advances are non-refundable as stagecraft materials and equipment are locked.
