These Terms of Service govern all event planning, 3D design fabrication, stage production, and audio-visual contracts entered into with Eventica Eventz & Ideaz Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U92412BR2015PTC023888).
All quotations and 3D architectural mockups presented by Eventica Eventz remain valid for 15 calendar days from issuance. Scope additions (extra sound zones, additional LED square meters, or artist extensions) requested after sign-off will be quoted as supplementary change orders.
Client or venue management must ensure designated setup access at least 24 to 48 hours prior to showtime (depending on project scale). The client is responsible for stable 3-phase commercial electrical supply unless industrial generator silent silent DG sets are explicitly contracted under Eventica's scope.
Eventica operates under certified structural engineering safety limits. Truss weights, electrical load distribution, and pyro clearances cannot be compromised. Required municipal, police, excise, and music royalty permissions (IPRS/PPL/NOC) must be settled per jurisdiction guidelines prior to sound checks.
Neither party shall be held liable for disruptions resulting from Acts of God, catastrophic weather, sudden statutory restrictions, or civil unrest. In such scenarios, both parties agree to collaborate on rescheduling dates subject to asset availability.
All contracts are executed under the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gaya, Bihar.
