Can the Fully Automatic Flour Mill run on a domestic single-phase meter?
Yes. We manufacture both Single-Phase (220V household meter) and 3-Phase (440V commercial) variants. Our 5 HP Single-Phase unit is engineered with high starting-torque capacitors, allowing smooth operation on standard rural and urban domestic electric connections.
How does the automatic grain sensor work?
An optical micro-sensor in the hopper detects when wheat or grain is poured in and immediately signals the motor and feeder to start. Once the hopper runs dry, an auto-cutoff timer runs for 30 seconds to purge residual flour through the cyclone and shuts off the motor automatically to prevent idle power usage.

This machine effortlessly grinds whole wheat (Gehun), Yellow & White Corn (Makka), Gram / Chickpeas (Besan / Sattu), Rice, Jowar, Bajra, and multi-grain blends into fine, nutrition-rich chakki fresh flour without stone dressing.
