How does this machine separate stones that are the same size as wheat?
The machine uses a dual-motion vibrating destoning deck combined with air aspiration. Because stones are significantly denser than wheat grains of the same size, the high-frequency vibration pushes heavier gravel up the inclined screen deck to the reject chute, while lighter wheat floats down to the clean discharge.
Can this machine be operated on a normal single-phase domestic meter?
Yes! We supply this machine with a 2 HP Single-Phase (220V) copper motor that runs smoothly on standard village and domestic electric meters, drawing only ~2 units per hour. A 3-Phase (440V) option is also available for commercial factories.
How much does pre-cleaning wheat improve flour quality?
